Started as a Travel & Data Executive; now build the in-house tooling the business runs on.

Built a bespoke CRM layer on Salesforce — a drag-and-drop itinerary builder, live quoting with real-time margins, and one-click branded client proposals for web and print.
Developed booking-and-operations tooling (a traffic-light booking tracker, day notes, publish scheduling) so sales, proposals and operations work from one source of truth.
Created client- and guide-facing web apps: a magic-link mobile trip app for guests and a guide portal with a bookings dashboard and operational sheets.
Integrated AI to draft itineraries and proposals, and set up cloud media storage and secure, no-login share links.

Wild About Lapland — Arctic Tour Guide

Led small groups on Arctic excursions — husky sledding, snowmobiling, snow-shoeing and aurora hunts.
Responsible for guest safety, briefings and storytelling in extreme cold, and for supporting guests with aurora and wildlife photography.
Vehicle, equipment and route preparation across changing winter conditions.
